Shawnigan Alumni Year-end Salute

Shake a hand, raise a glass and share good wishes for the season and for 2010 with other SLOB's from your past!

As always, it is the first Thursday in December, which is the 3rd this year.

This is not a spouse/partner-included event. Not that we have anything against our better halves, but the idea is to have at least one time in the year where it is just us getting together.

We are again gathering at Doolin's Pub, at the south east corner of Nelson and Granville. I have reserved our usual tables starting at 4:30 p.m. ('til closing or last standing) just so we start with some space before the crowds roll in.

Santa (aka Roland '72) will have few special gifts from the School for lucky Alums.

I have also arranged for group rates if you want to book a room for the night in the Comfort Inn above. $79. Call 604-605-4333 and ask for the SLOB's Group rate.
