Sr. Girls Basketball Results—The Sr. Girls Basketball Team played in a challenge game against Brooks from Powell River Wednesday afternoon, trying to advance to the North Island Championships. Unfortunately, there was a little bit of rust from Ski Week that had to be worked out, so the first half of the game was disappointing. However, the girls really stepped it up in the 2nd half and played quite well. It was not enough and Brooks won the game 64-48. Kenzie was the top score in the game (for both teams) with 21 points, and Emilie put together her best game of the year scoring 17 points.
