Junior Girls Field Hockey

The Junior Girls Field Hockey group had their first taste of competition yesterday against a mixed senior and junior group from Queen Margaret's School in Duncan. According to Mrs. John, their coach, the girls accounted very well of themselves given the lack of experience and competition. The player of the game was Marisol and also turning in strong performances were Jennaka, Kara, and Olivia. The recent flu bug may have slowed this group down but I expect they will be heard from as the term unfolds. Well done girls on an impressive first performance.
