Academic Colours
Honouring classroom standouts
Mrs. Wendy Milne presented term two Academic Colours in Tuesday's Headmaster's Gathering.
After thanking Shawnigan teachers for all of their time and effort, Mrs. Milne reminded students that Academic Colours are for students who consistently demonstrate superior effort, achievement and leadership in their studies while also maintaining a commitment to the many other facets of the Shawnigan program.
"To be eligible for this recognition, you need to consistently be on the Dean’s list for your effort, on the Headmaster’s honour roll for your academic classes, and get the recommendation of your teachers that you CONSISTENTLY meet the award’s criteria."
