A mock trial in Law 12
Members of Galen Loiselle's Law 12 classes have reached their first verdict.
On Monday and Tuesday, the two cohorts ran through their first mock trial, playing various roles ranging from lawyers, to witnesses, to defendants.
Three of the four groups completed their simulated trials within an hour of class time, with all three defence teams successfully exonerating their clients.
We acknowledge with respect the Coast Salish Peoples on whose traditional lands and waterways we live, learn and play. We are grateful for the opportunity to share in this beautiful region, and we aspire to healthy and respectful relationships with those who have lived on and cared for these lands for millennia.
