Shawnigan Prep

The Shawnigan Preparatory Program, or "Prep," is an innovative academic curriculum built specifically to prepare international students for a thriving career at Shawnigan Lake School and beyond.

Created in 2011 on the premise that quality students were being turned away from Shawnigan based on their language skills, the program's mission is to help students build confidence in language, character and personality. An intensive grammar and composition component ensures students attain the levels needed for success in the School.

The Prep House is home to seven boys and eight girls from Korea, Vietnam, Japan, China and Hong Kong.

For additional information on this unique program, please contact Julia Pollock in the Admissions Office at jspollock@shawnigan.ca.
