Second term honours

Dedicated students received a pat on the back on Tuesday, as Mrs. Wendy Milne announced this year's second round of Academic Colours.

In revealing the nominees, Shawnigan's Assistant Head – Academics encouraged the School to find a balance between the 'now' and the 'next.' "Be present and engaged in the moment right now to get the most out of everything and to put forward your best into everything you take on," she advised, adding "Keep your eyes looking ahead to what you need to do and plan for in order to do well for the rest of the year."

Reminding everyone in chapel that Colours nominees must consistently demonstrate superior effort, achievement, and leadership in their studies, Mrs. Milne congratulated the following winners:
