Whistler Grad Gala

A time for celebration
The Class of 2018 enjoyed a classic Shawnigan tradition as they gathered with family and friends at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler on Friday for the annual grad event.

128 Canadian and international students are set to graduate from Shawnigan this June. The Class of 2018 will be the final graduating class of David Robertson’s 18-year tenure as Headmaster.

Friday's festivities in Whistler culminated with a black-tie gala, where students enjoyed a slideshow, speeches and musical tributes to their time at the School.

With just over four weeks to go until Closing Day on June 23, Grade 12 students will return to campus on Tuesday evening to wrap up their academic, fine arts and athletics commitments and enjoy their final days as Shawnigan students.
