A Night of Dance
Dance Showcase
Some of the School's most talented performers ignited the Hugh Wilkinson Theatre on Friday, as Shawnigan presented A Night of Dance.
Featuring solo and group performances from various Shawnigan dance groups, Friday's event gave dancers an opportunity to showcase work they had been preparing all year.
As part of the dance program, the students had the opportunity to create and perform their own choreography, especially senior students, Olivia C and Victoria S.
Victoria has been selected as a member of the Canadian National Show Dance Team. She will be competing at the World Show Dance Championships in Germany in November.
