A weekend of Robotics
The season begins
This weekend, the Shawkbots entered the first VEX Robotics tournament of the year. Hosted by Alpha Secondary in Burnaby, the season opener saw 42 teams competing in a new game called 'In The Zone.'
Shawnigan's roboteers had a huge day of learning and gained valuable exposure to many new and simple yet highly-effective designs.
The team will now excitedly return to the lab, with four weeks to prepare and adapt in advance of the Shawnigan tournament on Nov. 18.
