Environmental Science 11 goes to Mt. Baldy
Last week, the Environmental Science 11 classes traded in their usual classroom for beautiful Mt. Baldy. With a 'birds eye view' of the Shawnigan Lake Watershed (and beyond), the field sessions involved student discussions and reflection exercises on the human impact on various ecosystems within our watershed.  As well, they had an opportunity to hone their nature journaling skills.  The weather and specular view were just an added bonus.
