Jr Boys Soccer

Season Update
The Junior Boys soccer team has had an intense start to the year. After some difficult training sessions, the boys kicked off their season by hosting Brentwood. The boys survived an early onslaught and, as the match wore on, they were fully deserving of the 4-0 victory. Game #2 saw the team travel to Victoria to play a game against the St. Andrew's team. A 6-1 victory provided great momentum as the team advanced to the ISA tournament. The boys won their first game in tight affair 1-0 against Brentwood before a comprehensive 7-1 victory over Stratford Hall. Day two saw an intense and controversial match against GNS which unfortunately ended in a very narrow defeat. The boys then played their second match of the day against a fresh SMU and eventually succumbed to soon-to-be anointed champions. The third place finish in the ISAs for the boys is an encouraging result in the end and we look forward to competing hard for a spot in the Provincial Finals.
