Support for the Well-Being Centre encompasses more than just creating a physical space, it's about empowering both our students and staff with vital resources and programming.

Located in a small former boarding house (Stanton), our current campus Well-Being Centre has become a trusted hub of care, but it was never designed to meet the growing demand for integrated mental health and wellness support. Rather than investing in extensive renovations, we have a unique opportunity to create something far more meaningful.

An exceptional property directly adjacent to the School was recently purchased by Shawnigan – a space already defined by light, privacy, warmth, and calm. Its natural setting offers the ideal foundation for a purpose-driven Well-Being Centre that feels less clinical and more like a sanctuary. To unlock its true potential and open its doors to the students and staff who need it most, we must invest in its renewal.

A space designed for restorative healing, the renewed well-being centre will provide:
• Bright, welcoming spaces that immediately foster calm and connection
• A private, secure environment for counselling and therapeutic care
• Flexible areas for group programs, movement, and community engagement
• A warm, stigma-free atmosphere that encourages individuals to seek support early

Your gift to the well-being centre will help:
 • Expand access to essential mental health and wellness services
 • Create welcoming spaces where students and staff feel safe, supported, and seen
 • Strengthen a campus culture grounded in connection, resilience, and care
