For 30 years, this event has brought together alumni, parents, and friends of Shawnigan for a memorable day of golf, camaraderie, and connection. We’re excited to celebrate this milestone year with what promises to be a very special tournament.
We encourage you to secure your spot early, as space at UBC Golf Course is limited and we expect strong participation for this anniversary event.

The day will include:
  • Breakfast reception
  • Competitive and social golf divisions
  • On-course contests and activities
  • 19th hole reception
  • Silent and live auction
  • Special 30th anniversary touches throughout the event
Whether you’ve participated for years or are considering joining us for the first time, we would love to have you with us for this milestone celebration.

This event is being organized by a growing list of dedicated alumni in the Shawnigan community.

    9:00 am
    Registration Opens (check in, pick up tee gift, drop off your clubs), warm up on driving range, participate in putting contest

    10:00 am
    Breakfast Buffet & Reception
    Breakfast, Remarks, silent auction

    11:30 am
    Call to carts, brief announcements, head to the assigned starting hole
     
    12:00 pm
    Shotgun (18 holes of golf-best ball scramble; two divisions competitive and fun divisions)
     
    5:00 pm
    19th Hole Reception, turn in scorecards. Appetizers and drinks followed by prizes and live auction

    All tournament proceeds support Shawnigan’s Scholarship & Financial Aid program and the Shawnigan Golf Team.
