Family Welcome and Check-In
Location: Main Building
- Welcome Package: Receive your package from the Admissions Team
- Family Photo: Visit the Schieldrop Amphitheatre for a photo hosted by the Advancement Team.
- Health Clinic: Meet with the Health Clinic Team at the Quad if needed. International students will register for Health Insurance at the Quad (please bring a hard copy of your Study Permit & Passport).
- Move-In: Head to your assigned boarding house to meet the House Staff and move into your room.
- Faculty Advisor: Connect with your child’s Faculty Advisor, who supports students in parallel with the House Team.
- Optional Stops: Meet with Finance, IT, or Transportation teams, or visit the Commissary and Used Uniform Store.
