Varsity vs. Coeur d'Alene
A four-game series at Shawnigan
Shawnigan's Varsity hockey team opened a busy weekend with a 7-2 victory over Coeur d'Alene on Friday morning.
Tied 2-2 after the first period, Shawnigan jumped ahead with three unanswered goals in the second period to take control of the game.
After travelling all the way from Idaho, the Coeur d'Alene squad will face Shawnigan four times this weekend, including matchups later on Friday (5pm), Saturday (10am), and Sunday (8:30am).
