Kaye's House Presentation

The importance of support
This past Saturday morning, Kaye's House was our first female house of the year to do their chapel presentation which was centered on 'support', whether it is from family, friends, teachers, or most importantly for them, support from their boarding house.

The "Kaye's House 5" (Leah B., Abigail I., Shanti T., Freya W., and Gemma S. on the ukulele) did a fantastic job of singing Jack Johnson's "Better Together" as their musical presentation. Kaye's reintroduced an old German tradition of lighting the candle wreath in the chapel. It is tradition for the youngest member of the house to light the first candle, so two year-old Eddie H. had the honour, with the help of her mom of course. Kaye's ended their presentation with the whole house singing "Riptide" by Vance Joy.
