Four Australian exchange students took in the Shawnigan Regatta from an elevated perch.
Nic L. and Dimitri T. (both from Canberra Grammar School) and Eddie W. and Christine M. (both from St. Margaret's in Brisbane) made the most of a beautiful Sunday by hiking up nearby Mt. Baldy.
Accompanied by Exchange Coordinator Rhodri Samuel and his dog Clive, the group ambled through the Vancouver Island rainforest and earned a spectacular view of the Regatta and Coastal BC.
We acknowledge with respect the Coast Salish Peoples on whose traditional lands and waterways we live, learn and play. We are grateful for the opportunity to share in this beautiful region, and we aspire to healthy and respectful relationships with those who have lived on and cared for these lands for millennia.
