Ms Wendy Woollven presented ties and pins to deserving students, as the School announced June Academic Colours on Tuesday.
Speaking from the Chapel lectern, the School's Dean of Academics reminded the student body that Colours are awarded to students who "consistently demonstrate superior effort, achievement and leadership in their studies while also maintaining a commitment to the many other facets of the Shawnigan program." Work ethic, teamwork with other classmates, and showing a genuine interest remain key indicators in School Colours selection.
