Run for the Cure
Students run at UVic
More than 300 Shawnigan students gathered at the University of Victoria for the Run for the Cure on Sunday. The beautiful weather and festive atmosphere helped to encourage a hopeful and celebratory atmosphere in this annual fundraiser to end breast cancer. Just before taking off at the start line, our students stood by and applauded the survivor parade, admiring the courageous faces and remembering friends and family members they were running for.
