Health and Wellness Day

Taking a break
After several days of midterms, Shawnigan took a break from academics on Thursday. Students and many staff members participated in Health and Wellness Day. A variety of programs were offered, ranging from indoor thinking and moving exercises to outdoor physical challenges. It was a great opportunity to change course and blow off some steam, as well as to educate students about the important benefits of devoting time to inner growth and relaxation.
