Shawnigan colours featured prominently at the 2015 Canadian Junior Squash Open.
In one of the best weeks of her squash career, Nour E. fought all the way to the girls U-17 final before losing a marathon matchup against Ontario's Nicole K. Nour beat the top-seeded player (Hannah B) in her semifinal to ensure she would bring home a medal from the tournament.
Ryan P. provided an exciting upset in his U-17 boys quarter-final match, reaching the semifinals before losing to the top-seeded player. Ryan then dropped his bronze-medal match 3-1.
Alumnus Matthew Toth ’15, meanwhile, won a gold medal in the boys U-19 consolation bracket.
