Autumn running
Early-season Cross Country
On Thursday, several members of the cross country team participated in a four-school event at Glenora Trail Head Park in Cowichan.
The 4.5 Km race was a hilly, wet adventure through the woods with smiles all around. The Shawnigan runners were glad they went and look forward to the next one.
