FRIDAY UPDATE: Results are starting to come in from the first day of competition at the VEX World Championships. All three teams have begun competition, with promising results across the board early on. The format of the tournament pits robots from two teams in head-to-head battles, and so far the Shawkbots have acquitted themselves nicely:
The Shawnigan Robotics Club is a group of highly enthusiastic and intelligent students who call themselves “The Shawkbots.” They left campus early Tuesday morning, carrying the School flag, to travel to Louisville, Kentucky, where they will compete in the 2015 VEX Robotics World Championship High School Division.
