Nour E. fought back from a two-game deficit to win the girls under-19 event at the 2015 Shawnigan Junior Open.
Facing a calm but determined Grace T. from SMUS, Nour's emotional comeback saw her take the final three games by 11-9 margins, to win the marathon final by the slimmest of margins.
It was a second-straight triumph for Nour, after she beat Grace by a 3-1 scoreline in the 2014 final.
In the final match of the tournament, Gavin M., from the Cedar Hill Club in Victoria, powered past grade 11 standout Ryan P. to win the boys U-19 final.
Other winners include James T. and Alexandra B. in the Boys and Girls Silver events, respectively, and Justin M. winning the Boys Bronze bracket.
The tournament organizers wish to again thank their sponsors: Bow-Mel Chrysler Auto, Taiji Communications, The Peer Group, and Centre Court Racquets.
