One of Shawnigan's most successful programs showed its strength this weekend as the School hosted the ISA Squash Championship.
With a remarkably deep roster of senior boys, Shawnigan entered two teams into the senior boys division, with the A team finishing 1st overall and the B team finishing 3rd.
Shawnigan narrowly lost to St. Michaels University School to finish second in the girls event, while the junior boys also finished second behind SMUS.
Coach Lynne Grass says that all teams played a very high standard of squash. In particular, she singled out Nour E., who defeated the top SMUS player in one of her last official matches in Shawnigan colours.
