Students at work
In anticipation of the upcoming Inter-house art show, Fine Art Captains have been collecting works from students to showcase in the Shaw Centre.
They will select many different kinds of creations, from woodwork to sculpture, sewing to illustration and painting. In past years, even video and vocal recordings have been a focal point in presentations.
The photos above are of Shawnigan artists working in the Hobbies Building. Perhaps a few of these pieces will be included in the upcoming show!
We acknowledge with respect the Coast Salish Peoples on whose traditional lands and waterways we live, learn and play. We are grateful for the opportunity to share in this beautiful region, and we aspire to healthy and respectful relationships with those who have lived on and cared for these lands for millennia.
