Finale Concert
An afternoon of classical music
Staff and students gathered in the Chapel on Sunday afternoon to enjoy the talent of some of the School's most skilled musicians and vocalists. Organized and hosted by Tai W., the Finale Concert was emceed by Mr. Fraser. The audience was astounded by performances on violin, cello and piano, as well as by several vocal pieces. This year, Ms. Tyrrell and Ms. Lane also performed much to the delight of the audience. The last piece of the afternoon was an emotionally-charged Scottish ballad that Tai performed specially for Mr. and Mrs. Robertson.
This special gathering is an annual affair and is a fundraiser for charity. This year, funds were collected for the Ministry of Mercy Orphanage in Nigeria.
We acknowledge with respect the Coast Salish Peoples on whose traditional lands and waterways we live, learn and play. We are grateful for the opportunity to share in this beautiful region, and we aspire to healthy and respectful relationships with those who have lived on and cared for these lands for millennia.
