Students and staff took a pause for Health and Wellness Day on Friday, as the School enjoyed a well-earned break from midterm exams and the busyness of December at Shawnigan.
Activities on offer varied widely, from a tobogganing adventure on the fields, to a hike with Reverend Holland, to workshops in mindfulness, yoga, African drumming, and marimba.
Students involved in this year's musical also took advantage of a full day to rehearse, while all students took in a drug awareness presentation from two Vancouver police officers known as 'The Odd Squad.'
