A romantic evening in the Ritz

The Stag Café crew ensured that Valentine's Day found a suitable home at Shawnigan.

Diners enjoyed a sumptuous three-course meal on Friday, in an elegantly-decorated Friesen Centre.

Acclaimed chef Andrew Shepherd loaned his expertise to the kitchen crew, as students from the School's Entrepreneurship Program prepared meals that included calamari, roast beef and cheesecake.

The Devan Bailey Quartet once again contributed to a refined atmosphere, as young couples and friends enjoyed an evening of style and romance.
