Elk Lake Spring Regatta
Competitive rowing begins
This past weekend, Shawnigan rowers competed at the Elk Lake Spring Regatta.
Almost the entire program took part, and earned valuable racing experience.
The regatta included many top high school crews from BC and Washington State, and marks the beginning of the competitive racing season.
We acknowledge with respect the Coast Salish Peoples on whose traditional lands and waterways we live, learn and play. We are grateful for the opportunity to share in this beautiful region, and we aspire to healthy and respectful relationships with those who have lived on and cared for these lands for millennia.
