Shawnigan's Junior Girls are earning strong results on the soccer field.
Thanks to an attractive, attacking style of play, the girls have finished first overall in their league, securing the title with a 3-1 home win over Brentwood last week. The girls then visited Brentwood on Friday for the ISA tournament, finishing third overall after a dramatic shootout win over the host school in the bronze medal game.
Shawnigan will look to continue the success at the Island Championship later this week at Frances Kelsey Secondary.
