Seniors spike solid season

Girls volleyball reaches Island semifinals
This year’s Senior Girls volleyball season was one to remember.

Coming second in North Islands, Shawnigan qualified for the Island Championship for the first time in many years.

With hard work and long practices, the girls rose to become one of the best AA teams on the Island. The commitment the girls made could easily be seen as their skills improved immensely over the course of the season.

The girls are a very diverse group, each one bringing something new and special to the team. Several members of the squad also earned individual accolades throughout a successful season on the court.

Final Ranking: 4th at the Island Championships.
