Shawnigan's Grade 8 class produced a fairy tale ending to a year of Fine Art ventures.
On Sunday, the group presented an adaptation of Shrek in the Hugh Wilkinson Theatre.
The version included some of the movie trilogy's most memorable one-liners and musical numbers. The class performed two shows, giving Shawnigan students, staff, and staff children an opportunity to enjoy the cherished story.
The rotating cast gave every performer a chance for a moment in the spotlight, showcasing quite a few future stars of the Shawnigan stage.
