This Friday and Saturday night (June 7 and 8), Shawnigan’s Theatre Company 11/12 class will present Twelve Angry Jurors.
The play, originally adapted by Reginald Rose from his 1954 teleplay, Twelve Angry Men, has been adapted over time to include jurors of both sexes. The story remains the same, however, and is a timeless commentary on both the justice system and the workings of human prejudice and reason.
The stage this time has been set as a theatre-in-the-round production, giving the audience a more intimate view of the proceedings.
Please come out for this exceptional theatrical experience. Doors open at 7:30 p.m. and the play begins at 8:00 p.m.
